- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Several years back, after my lay-off, I fell on some very hard times. I got a job fairly quickly, but my income was substantially less. The least little unexpected thing caused me to blow my budget. I had to use First Payday several times. They have some serious and very strict rules about how they have to conduct business. Within the framework of the rules, they did everything they possibly could to help me. If I was having trouble coming by on the right day with a payment, all I had to do was call them to arrange for a little extra time. It is creepy having to use payday loan services, but they were very graceful in working with me. They never made me feel ashamed. They always treated me with professionalism and dignity. I sincerely hope to never need them again, but I am glad to know they are there.By Vicki Daggett, September 27, 2016
