  Joke, get behind and they don't work with you , send you right to collection and to top that off the law firm they use never call back to work with you. Go somewhere else, hope they ho out of business.

  The Manager's attitude is less than desirable; unfortunately, I assume she's the one everyone has to deal with. During the "questionnaire", she asked about my credit cards. As I began to tell her that I pay $250 a month because they've been consolidated in a management program, she cut me off before I got to $250 and said she needs to know exactly which ones I have -so I told her. She later told me I'd been declined for the loan because "I failed to disclose that I was in a management program" -like I was trying to hide something. I figure most people call there because they're either having tough times or something came up and they need fast, temporary help. She's got an extremely poor attitude for someone that's supposed to be helping people; she should find a new line of work ...preferrably behind the scenes.
